Thesummer movieseason is almost here. And 2016 promises to be quite the exotic, sexy thrill ride, with plenty of sequels, superhero movies and comedies coming our way over the course of the next five months. Warner Bros. has one of the strongest studio lineups launching this April, and they will bring us a wide range of action and drama. They have nine new releases planned. They start off strong in April with the comedyKeanu, and everything comes to a close with the ‘wham-bam-thank-you-mam’ double-header ofSuicide SquadandWar Dogs. We have an exciting sneak peek thanks toWarner Bros.

Keegan-Michael KeyandJordan Peeleget things off on a very happy foot. They star as cousins who lose a cat namedKeanu, and they go through hell and back to retrieve this precious, cuddly feline. Warner Bros. keeps the good vibes humming through May, as they release theShane Blackcomedy-thrillerNice Guys. It pairsRyan GoslingandRussell Croweas a private eye and a hired enforcer trying to unravel the mystery behind a porn star murder.

Things take a serious turn in June, with the release ofMe Before You. This unlikely romance pairs quirkyEmilia Clarkewith the shut-inSam Claflin. If you’ve seen the trailers, you know this one’s going to be a real tear jerker. Though, it promises to have quite a few funny moments as well. There’s nothing funny aboutThe Conjuring 2, though. Also coming in June, this promises to be the scariest movie of the summer.Vera FarmigaandPatrick Wilsonreturn as supernatural spirit chasers The Warrens, and this time they are investigating a real-life haunted house across the pond in London. July is time for high adventure, asHarry PotterdirectorDavid Yatesreinvents the King of the Jungle for a whole new generation.Alexander Skarsgårdplays the title character inThe Legend of Tarzan, with the sexyMargot Robbietaking on the role of a much more aggressive Jane. Cheetah will be along for the ride as well, alongside anall-star ensemblethat also includesSamuel L. Jackson,John Hurt,Djimon HounsouandChristoph Waltz. Also in July comes the second horror movie from producerJames Wan, who is behindThe Conjuring 2. This time, he conjures a dark and deadly apparition who only comes out in the dark of night. It promises to be the second scariest movie of the summer.

These hot months will all come crashing to a close with two of Warner Bros.' most anticipated 2016 releases.Suicide Squadbrings together all of DC Comics biggest super villains for one impossible mission. AndBatmanwill definitely becoming along for the ride.War Dogsrecounts the true story of two young men who get in over their head when they enter the arms race and win a huge government contract to bring weapons in from across the globe. 9Keanu- April 29

Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, a.k.a. the hugely popular comedy duo Key & Peele, star as Clarence and Rell, two cousins who live in the city but are far from streetwise. When Rell’s beloved kitten, Keanu, is catnapped, the hopelessly straight-laced pair must impersonate ruthless killers in order to infiltrate a street gang and retrieve the purloined feline. But the incredibly adorable kitten becomes so coveted that the fight over his custody creates a gang war, forcing our two unwitting heroes to take the law into their own hands.

8The Nice Guys- May 20

Set in 1970s Los Angeles, down-on-his-luck private eye Holland March (Ryan Gosling) and hired enforcer Jackson Healy (Russell Crowe) must work together to solve the case of a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star. During their investigation, they uncover a shocking conspiracy that reaches up to the highest circles of power.

7Me Before You- June 3

Oftentimes you find love where you least expect it. Sometimes it takes you where you never expected to go…Louisa “Lou” Clark (Emilia Clarke) lives in a quaint town in the English countryside. With no clear direction in her life, the quirky and creative 26-year-old goes from one job to the next to help her tight-knit family make ends meet. Her normally cheery outlook is put to the test, however, when she faces her newest career challenge. Taking a job at the local “castle,” she becomes caregiver and companion to Will Traynor (Sam Claflin), a wealthy young banker who became wheelchair bound in an accident two years prior, and whose whole world changed dramatically in the blink of an eye. 6The Conjuring 2- June 10

Director James Wan brings this supernatural thriller to the screen with another real case from the files of renowned demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren.. Reprising their roles, Oscar nominee Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson star asLorraine and Ed Warren, who, in one of their most terrifying paranormal investigations, travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house plagued by malicious spirits.

5Central Intelligence- June 17

The story follows a one-time bullied geek, Bob, who grew up to be a lethal CIA agent (Dwayne Johnson), coming home for his high school reunion. Claiming to be on a top-secret case, he enlists the help of former “big man on campus,” Calvin (Kevin Hart), now an accountant who misses his glory days. But before the staid numbers-cruncher realizes what he’s getting into, it’s too late to get out, as his increasingly unpredictable new friend drags him through a world of shoot-outs, double-crosses and espionage that could get them both killed in more ways than Calvin can count.

4The Legend of Tarzan- July 1

It has been years since the man once known as Tarzan (Alexander Skarsgård) left the jungles of Africa behind for a gentrified life as John Clayton III,Lord Greystoke, with his beloved wife, Jane (Margot Robbie) at his side.
