The Little Rascalswas released in 1994 and served as a tribute to the series of short films of the same name that aired between in the 1930s and 40s. The film featuredgreat performances from young actors, as they recreated some of the most hilarious moments of the original series with a more modern twist. In 2014, the young cast reunited for thefilm’s 20th anniversaryand even recreated the movie poster.

Travis Tedford

Spanky, played by Travis Tedford, is one of the main characters in the film and champions the “Women Haters Club.” During the film, he becomes irritated with his best friend after he begins to fall for a girl who lives in their neighborhood. AfterThe Little Rascals, Tedford lent his voice toA Bug’s Life; however, he doesn’t have many acting credits since. He appeared in the 2010 horror film,The Final, and then appears to have taken a break from acting to focus on other endeavors.

Alfalfa (Bug Hall) is Spanky’s best friend and can be characterized by his efforts to save the day, which often end in failure, and his adorably awkward and silly persona. Hall is one of the more recognizable names inThe Little Rascalscast. He starred in many more successful films throughout the 90s, such asHerculesandHoney, We Shrunk Ourselves, and his acting career also continued throughout the 2000s and 2010s. Kevin Jamal Woods

Kevin Jamal Woods' Stymie appears as part of the Women Haters Club and ultimately ended up in a “relationship with Raven-Symoné’s character. SinceThe Little Rascals, Woods found some success as a child actor and appeared as a voice actor in films such asBabe; however, his last acting appearance was in 2000 in a film calledBraniacs.com. Since then, he has kept a low profile and appears to be pursing a career outside of Hollywood.

Ross Bagley

Buckwheat is a member of the club and is played by Ross Bagley. He is best friends with Porky and spends most of his time with him. Bagley continued his acting success, as he starred inThe Fresh Prince of Bel-Airas Nicky Banks and would also go on to star alongside Will Smith once more when he played his son in the hugely successfulIndependence Day. His last acting credit was in 2015 inGnome Alone, and he appears to have also kept a lower profile since then.

Blake McIver Ewing

Waldo Johnston III is the new kid in town, who is a spoiled brat that forms a kind of rivalry with the existing members of the gang. His character was played by Blake McIver Ewing, who grew up to explore many different areas of the entertainment industry, including modeling and singing as well as becoming an accomplished pianist. Courtland Mead’s character Uh-Huh only replies, aptly so, in ‘uh-huhs’ so little is known about his character, and he is less fleshed out than the rest. Mead continued to appear on-screen throughout the 90s, most notably as Danny in a TV adaptation of Steven King’sThe Shining. The actor also found success in voice roles sinceThe Little Rascals, in shows likeRecessandLloyd in Space.However, today, he also keeps a lower profile.

Raven-Symoné

Raven-Symoné’s appearance was so brief inThe Little Rascalsthat many might not have even noticed it. She appeared as Stymie’s girlfriend and quickly after her role in the film, she became a household name through her starring in the titular role ofThat’s So Raven. She would also reprise her role in the reboot-spinoffRaven’s Home, which began in 2017. She also appeared inThe Bold Type,The Princess Diaries: Royal Engagement, andBunk’d.
