With less than one month left beforeRogue Onehits theaters, a new TV spot has surfaced for thisStar Wars spin-off. It features new footage of the Rebels as they first learn about the Empire’s massive space station known as the Death Star, which has the power to destroy an entire planet. While many Rebels believe they will be destroyed by this weapon, Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) claims they have no choice but to fight for their own survival.
This TV spot fromLucasFilmalso gives us a brief glimpse atDarth Vader, who was recently confirmed to have a major role in this story, which is set betweenRevenge of the Sithand the 1977 classic that started it all,A New Hope.James Earl Joneswill return to voice Darth Vader, although there will be a number of different actors portraying him inside the iconic costume. His appearance here is said to set up his return in a number of other spin-offs, which could include the upcoming Han Solo spin-off and/or the Boba Fett spin-off that is believed to hit theaters in 2020.
