Hot Toys has unveiled their new 1/6 scale action figure featuringMark Hamill’sLuke Skywalkeras seen at the very end ofStar Wars: The Force Awakens. No pricing details have been released yet, but this figure will be available for purchase between the fourth quarter of this year and the first quarter of 2017. TheHot Toysfigure is approximately 28 cm tall with 30 points of articulation. The figure features a newly developed head sculpt, a specially tailored costume, a mechanical right hand and aStar Wars-themed figure stand. The head is sculpted by Kojun with the head painted by JC Hong and the head art directed by Kojun. It also features an authentic and detailed likeness ofMark Hamillas Luke Skywalker inStar Wars: The Force Awakensand a movie-accurate facial expression with detailed skin texture.
The 1/6th scale Luke Skywalker Collectible Figure’s special features also include a body with over 30 points of articulations. There are three pieces of interchangeablemechanical right handincluding one right fist, one relaxed right hand, one gesturing right hand. There are also pieces of interchangeable left hands including one left fist one relaxed left hand and gesturing left hand. Each piece of head sculpt is specially hand-painted.
The costume includes one beige-coloredJedi robe, one beige and white over-tunic, one white under-tunic, one leather-like belt with pouch, one pair of pants and one pair of light gray-colored boots There will also be a specially designed figure stand with the Resistance’s insignia, Luke Skywalker nameplate and movie logo.
