Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

Cage famously voiced the character of Spider-Man Noir in Sony’s blockbuster smash,Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse(2018). And while Cage didn’t reprise the role in the multi-million-dollar box office sequel,Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse(2023), the actor holds the character in high esteem. Cage said in an interview withComicBook.com:

“Well, I think it’s a wonderful character. It’s a character that lends itself to channeling some of my favorite noir movie stars […] Spider-Man, for me, is the coolest superhero. I think to have that combined with a noir, like 1930s golden age movie star attitude, makes it one of the most exciting of all the superhero characters”
