Progress is being made on a newEvil Deadmovie and Bruce Campbell is starting to tease us with some of what’s to come. While Campbell won’t be reprising his role as Ash in the future, having retired the character following the cancellation of Ash vs. Evil Dead, he’s still working closely with Sam Raimi to produce the next entry. As for what that will be? Details are still tragically hard to come by, but the project has found its director....

Disney and Lucasfilm recently said that they’re planning the next 10 years ofStar Warsstories, and they weren’t kidding. The studio has just announced that Rian Johnson, director ofStar Wars: The Last Jedi, is writing and directingStar Wars 10, developing it as the first movie in anew Star Wars trilogyset in a galaxy far, far away. He’s set to write and direct the first movie in this new trilogy, which is a huge deal....

Back in October, it was confirmed thatElizabeth Banks, who made her directorial debut withPitch Perfect 2, was coming back to take the helm of the next installment,Pitch Perfect 3. Aside from Universal delaying the release from August 05, 2025 to August 17, 2025, we haven’t heard anything about this follow-up. Today we have word thatElizabeth Banksis dropping out as director, but she isn’t leaving the project entirely. Varietyreports that her departure from the project was amicable, and she is still staying on board as a producer....

Mark Anthony Morales, the hip hop legend better known asPrince Markie Deeof the Fat Boys, has sadly passed away. While the cause of death has not yet been revealed, the news of Morales’s passing was confirmed by his manager, Louie “Uncle Louie” Gregory, with an emotional post on Twitter. Morales was just 52 years old, passing on the day before he would have turned 53. “Forever in my Heart,” Gregory writes of his late friend....

We have a brand new TV spot and poster forRambo: Last Blood. It’s been more than a decade since we last saw the iconic Sylvester Stallone action hero on the big screen, but he’s finally making his triumphant return. Based on both this new poster and footage, it looks like it’s very much going to be the version of John Rambo fans love, as he’s getting ready for war and is fiercely about to defend his turf....
