Kyle Newacheck, whorecently directed and co-wrotethe Netflix comedy movieGame Over, Manwith hisWorkaholicsco-stars, has been slated to direct, working from a screenplay by James Vanderbilt (White House Down). No producers are attached at this time but it’s possible that Sandler will produce through Happy Madison while Aniston could also produce through her own company, Echo Films.

This project also reunites James Vanderbilt withNetflix, since he served as an executive producer on the hit seriesAltered Carbon. He also wrote the screenplay for the upcoming shark thrillerThe Meg, starring Jason Statham, which hits theaters this August, and he’s attached to writeThe Janson Directivefor star Dwayne Johnson, based on the Robert Ludlum novel.
