John Wickstar, and still the most underrated action icon fighting the good fight,Scott Adkinswill bring his particular set of skills to World War II later this year. Adkins, who is well-known to action fans thanks to his roles in the likes of theUndisputedfranchise,Accident Man, Avengement,andOne Shot, has finally seen his star rise thanks to his scene-stealing part as Killa Harkan, the head of the German Table, inJohn Wick: Chapter 4. Now, he’s fighting for his life as a prisoner of war.
New details have now emerged about the project, withthe war action thrillerchanging its title fromDeath MarchtoPrisoner of War. The movie was picked up for distribution by Well Go USA at the end of last year, withPrisoner of Warhaving now been given a September release window (via Action-Flix).
