The year has started out rough for Marvel alumni,Jeremy Renner. In January, the actor suffered a bad snow plow accident which landed him in the ER. But his recovery appears to be steadily climbing. Yesterday the actor shared on his social media a video of himself utilizing a special treadmill. The video can be viewed below.
The video was initially shared on Renner’s Instagram story, whichVarietywas able to screen-grab. In the video itself, Renner discusses in the video that the “walking motion” is all him. Meanwhile, the anti-gravity treadmill assists in taking a portion of his body weight off. This makes it easier for the actor to build muscle while not putting too much strain on his legs.

A Scary Start To 2023
The incident that landed Renner in the hospital started out at the start of January. Renner was using a snow plow to assist a family member, when the vehicle began sliding. The 14,000 lb vehicle ran over the actor, breaking over 30 of his bones. Renner was airlifted to the closest hospital and underwent multiple surgeries.
Since the incident, support for theHawkeyeactor flooded his social media accounts. Fans from all over logged on to wish the best for Renner. The actor has since kept up with his accounts, posting numerous updates andthanks to his supportive fans.

Big Things Happening Still For Renner
While Renner is still working hard to recover, Disney is working as well. The company announced earlier this month thatRennervationswill begin streaming next month. The series, starring Renner, will follow him as he travels the globe to refurbish old vehicles for brand new purposes. The four-part series will be available to stream on Disney+ April 12th. Check out the trailer below.
Renner had this to say withVarietyin anticipation for the series.
“I’ve been on this journey for many years, and I started in my community by building vehicles for people in need. But a few years ago, I thought, ‘How can I plus this up and create a bigger impact on a whole community?’ And that’s what this show does. This is one of my biggest passions and it’s a driving force in my recovery, and I can’t wait for the world to see it.”
Judging by those statements, it feels like Renner is planning on doing more than just four episodes of his series. Perhaps there could be a part two in store forRennervations, but only if Renner himself is able. While one can’t rush recovery, it seems like the actor is well on his way to that finish line.
