PerDeadline, Berry is in negotiations to join Amazon MGM Studios' crime thrillerCrime 101, based on a short story by Don Winslow. The film is set to be written and directed by Bart Layton in his follow-up to his well-receivedAmerican Animals. In addition to Berry, who will be the film’s female lead, Hemsworth will be reunited with his fellow Marvel Cinematic Universe co-starMark Ruffalo, in addition to Oscar-nomineeBarry Keoghan.

The one person who doubts this is Detective Lou Lubesnick, who believes that the real source of the thefts is a thief looking for one last big score. The movie, which is expected to begin filming this month, will be set for a theatrical release next year.
