DC Entertainment has released a first-look image ofTitansstars Alan Ritchson as Hank Hall aka Hawk and Minka Kelly as Dawn Granger aka Dove from the upcoming DC Super Hero series. The series hails from Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. Ritchson and Kelly star in the series alongside Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales), who playsDick Grayson aka Robin.
The Hawk and Dove suits were designed by renowned costume designer Laura Jean Shannon, whose credits includeBlack Lightning,Iron ManandThe Jungle Book, among others.Titansis set to debut in 2018 on theDC-branded direct-to-consumer digital service, operated by Warner Bros. Digital Networks. No specific premiere date has been given at this time, but it’s possible that we could be getting more photos with the rest of these DC heroes in full costume soon.

TheTitanscast also includes Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter asBeast Boy, Anna Diop as Starfire and Lindsey Gort as Amy Rohrbach.Titanswill be written by Akiva Goldsman (Star Trek: Discovery,Underground), Geoff Johns (President & Chief Creative Officer, DC Entertainment;The Flash,Arrow) and Greg Berlanti (Arrow,DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,The Flash,Supergirl). Goldsman, Johns, Berlanti and Sarah Schechter (Arrow,DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,The Flash,Supergirl) are executive producers of the series from Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
It isn’t clear when production will get under way, or when a concrete premiere date will be announced for this new series. The series followingNightwingand his team has been in development for quite some time, which was originally being set up at TNT before this show was brought over to help launch the newDC Comicsstreaming service.
