Last week,Disneyreleased the first clip from their highly-anticipated live action/animated hybridThe Jungle Book, which revealed our first look atShere Khan, voiced byIdris Elba. With the April 15 release date getting closer and closer, the studio has released yet another clip, which features young Mowgli’s (Neel Sethi) introduction to the lovable bear Baloo (Bill Murray), who saved him in the jungle. Now that Mowgli has woken up, Baloo has some “payback” in mind, which involves Mowgli’s climbing skills.

Neel Sethiplays the onlylive actioncharacter inThe Jungle Book, making his feature film debut in this highly-anticipated movie. The youngster beat out thousands of other actors to play Mowgli in this adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s classic novel, and he will be surrounded by an all-star cast lending their voices to the animals Mowgli meets during his jungle adventures. Some of these animals aren’t so friendly to Mowgli, but as we can see in the clip below, he has found a new friend in Baloo.

Directed byJon Favreau, based on Rudyard Kipling’s timeless stories and inspired by Disney’s classic animated film,The Jungle Bookis an all-new live-action epic adventure about Mowgli (newcomerNeel Sethi), a man-cub who’s been raised by a family of wolves. Along the way, Mowgli encounters jungle creatures who don’t exactly have his best interests at heart, including Kaa (voice ofScarlett Johansson), a python whose seductive voice and gaze hypnotizes the man-cub, and the smooth-talking King Louie (voice ofChristopher Walken), who tries to coerce Mowgli into giving up the secret to the elusive and deadly red flower: fire.

The all-star cast also includesLupita Nyong’oas the voice of the fiercely protective mother wolf Raksha, andGiancarlo Espositoas the voice of wolf pack’s alpha male Akela.The Jungle Bookseamlessly blends live-action with photorealistic CGI animals and environments, using up-to-the-minute technology and storytelling techniques to immerse audiences in an enchanting and lush world.
