Park Eun-Bin, the most well-rounded actress in South Korea, started out in acting at five years old. She acted in numerous TV-series as a child actor, playing younger versions of other characters. In 2009, she even won the Best Young Actress KBS award for her performance inThe Iron Empress. Later, her breakthrough lead role came in 2012 withOperation Proposal,playing the character of Ham Yi-Seul. However, even after the lead role she did not climb the ladder of fame instantly.

Directed by Lee Gwang-Young,Judge vs. Judgefollows the story of theruthless and ill-tempered JudgeLee Jung-Joo (Park Eun-Bin). With the power she holds, she fights other great powers that played a hand in framing her brother for murder and killing him. This Eun-Bin drama leans more towardsmystery and crimerather than romance, which is one of the reasons it is loved around the world. Lee Jung-Joo’s outrageous reactions and ruthless attitude also add a layer of comic relief to the story line. Eun-Bin perfectly pulls off the constant annoyed reactions of Jung-Joo, but also shows emotions when necessary. The most comical scene of the show is definitely when Jung-Joo is being out of control and screaming while the other judges try to calm her down.

4Hello, My Twenties (2016)

Directed by Lee Tae-Gon,Hello, My Twentiesfollows the lives of five young adults trying to navigate through life. They are five female university students who share the same house, but have different routes and personalities. It is an incredibly unique story highlighting aspects offriendship and life. Park Eun-Bin plays the role of smart and bubbly Song Ji-Won, who loves to drink. She is a real entertainment powerhouse of the drama, who loves to experiment with new things. Eun-Bin completely embodies the university student vibe, which is equally over-dramatic. These dramatic scenes also include one of the iconic scenes when she goes to the hospital and is completely fine. However, in front of Seung-Min, she still acts sad about it because she is supposed to have an iron deficiency.

3Do You Like Brahms? (2020)

Directed by Jo Young-Min, this noir love story stars Park Eun-Bin as Chae Song-A and Kim Min-Jae as Park Joon-Young. It follows the story of studentsmajoring in musicat an elite university and those around them. Chae Song-A is a girl who goes to pursue the violin even after her family protests it. She goes against their wishes and faces a lot of problems in her life, but is not one to give up. She shows the realistic struggles of a girl doing a degree with no support. Along with this she is also very timid and falls in love with Joon-Young. Their chemistry in the series is very heartwarming, centered around their love for music and supporting each other endlessly.

Set in atraditional time period, Song Hyun-Wook direct this epic tale drama. It tells the story of Lee Hwi (Eun-Bin), raised as a son, to fill the spot of the crown prince of her deceased twin Lee Hyun (Nam Yoon-Soo). Later, with the fear of having her identity exposed, she encounters different hurdles and discovers love with her teacher, Jung Ji-Un (Ro Woon) This is one of Eun-Bin’s memorable roles as she plays a woman disguised as a man. Embodying the mannerisms of her brother Lee Hyun, Lee Hwi has to face challenges that no one can imagine. She completely convinces the viewers, too, that she is the crown prince by effectively hiding any female aspects in her acting.
