The top 5 also includes Universal Pictures' latest animated success,Puss in Boots: The Last WishandThe ChosenSeason 3, in the 4th and 5th place, respectively.

Based on Paul Tremblay’s novelThe Cabin at the End of the World, the film follows a family vacationing in a remote cabin far from civilization. The girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable decision to prevent the apocalypse.
