Following one of the iconic scenes fromAvengers: Endgame, which featured a lineup of female leads such as Captain Marvel(Brie Larson) and Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), many fans were hoping for A-Force to become a reality since then. Although nothing concrete has been set in stone quite yet for A-Force, with Lilly’s positive words about its chances it does seem more than possible that this dream could become a reality soon enough.
While speaking toCinePopabout her role in the upcomingAnt-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,Evangeline Lilly was asked about the A-Force movie and whether she would be interested in taking part in the all-female team adaptation. She seemed quite excited about this idea and supported it wholeheartedly. In her reply, she said:
“Yes! I would like to be on it. I would like to make it happen. That day that we did the scene in [Avengers:] Endgame where it was just us women was the most special day I’ve ever had. It was maybe tied with the most special day I’ve ever had filming a Marvel movie.”
