The Walking Deadfans have been without Samantha Morton’s portrayal of Alpha since her character was killed by Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) in season 10. However, her character returned in an episode ofTales of the Walking Dead, a spinoff to AMC’s hit program. During the third episode of the series, titledDee, audiences got a look at the origins of Alpha. Before she was a member of the whisperers, she was a woman named Dee, who focused on protecting her child Lydia, a prominent character withinThe Walking Dead.
